Environmentally Sustainable Design
In a climate restrained world, Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) is no longer an added extra. We see it as a critical part of designing high performance, energy and resource efficient buildings that meet the needs of owners, occupants, and the environment. At MKE ESD is the driver and the framework to the what and how we incorporate systems and infrastructure that strive to support sustainability at

World Earth Day
Our holistic approach to ESD considers the whole life cycle of a development from Land selection through to residence design, then from the earliest stages of design through to construction. We support future residents and investors with many aspects of a green investment which includes gaining an understanding of the opportunities ESD presents, for example of building massing and orientation, considering the energy embodied in construction materials, optimize natural resources and incorporate renewables where possible.
Our team or a suitable professional from our support network at MKE are available to supporting purchasers at the earliest Land capability assessment stage and optionally as you work through a series of mandatory and elective guidelines. pre design meetings and independent analysis where we can help with the requirements for compliance and planning as well as voluntary certification schemes, including: for example
